Bewertungen (12.743)Will never buy from this seller again. 1st order was lost in the mail. I did get a refund for that order, as that error was on the post office. For this order is where I am leaving the negetive review. Seller confirmed via messages that they sent me the wrong card. They said they would replace the card and send it to me and after weeks of chasing and sending numerous messages, the replacement card was never sent. I asked for a refund and seller kept giving me the run around and basically replying back about the 1st order, not this specific order and even said at one point his wife was responding to me, not him. I was clear in my messages with specific order numbers. I gave the seller numerous chances to refund, was very patient and tried to work with the seller, but nothing. Had to resort to contacting whatnot customer service. I am sure seller has great cards, but if this is the way he treats buyers when seller acknowledges in messages they made an error, then buyers beware. Great 1st experience.
