Taking a star off to be fair regarding an issue I had not support/response: Shipping took longer than expected (more than a week), and had to reach out regarding this without any response. I will probably purchase again since loved the product, but recommend a better communication when there is an escalation from customer. Worst seller on whatnot. Won't ship if under priced. Won't respond to any messages. MODs don't respond or help. Joke of a seller. Poorly packaged. Boxes were crush on side for 2 of them Box was damaged. Looked like someone opened it and tried to reseal it Awesome price and my daughter and nieces loved them! So happy!
