There was no bubble wrap around the glasses, nor were they put in a hard plastic case to protect them. Fortunately, they didn't get damaged during shipment, but they easily could have been damaged. The mailer was just plastic and not a bubble mailer. All I can say is WOW! Extremely happy with the dolls and vintage barbie clothes I purchased. Packed very well and all items were listed.
