Was told the item did work an was tested, maybe the testing was minimal. It does work to a certain extent, after a few minutes of playing, the music stops right before it freezes. Tried playing again and it lasted longer before it ended up doing it again. It had been resurfaced but wonder if the scratches on top contribute to functionality.
