I messaged the seller and they haven't responded back. I am a retired, disabled Veteran and am in desperate need for this unit. I acquired sleep apnea when I was deployed overseas. All I wanted was my money back, that's it... One of the controllers doesn’t work the batteries in the back were corroded . But overall happy with purchase
