Love my lil jelly thank you Jellycat was in decent condition though the seller used masking tape stuck to it as a label. I couldn't remove the tape and was advised rubbing alcohol would take it off. Jellycat was fine but needed to be washed afterI have used the masking tape for over a year and have never had any issues. I did reply back to you and apologized. You asked what would help get the tape off without taking any fur off the jellycat and I mentioned rubbing alcohol as I’ve had to use it before myself for something similar. I reached out and apologized. Again, I’m sorry and will remove the masking tape before shipping from now on. Extremely kind seller! Amazing pricing. Super fast shipping.
