Some figs had accessories that I did not get when shown they had them but did not come with the fig and was not announced He made a mistake but he made things right and was a very helpful. I purchased a large order during the show and 3 of the figs came in damaged. I reached out the seller and he offered to make it right by reimbursing me for the damaged parts of the figs. Really appreciate the attempt to make it right and definitely will be back in future shows. Incredibly poor quality minifigures - no damage was described on screen and most were noted as great condition. However, one arrived with a non-LEGO cape, three arrived with cracked torso, arms or heels, one arrived with the incorrect hair piece ($30 value) and was very yellowed. Very disappointed in this purchase and thankful for the Whatnot Buyer Protection Policy. Thanks for the fig as well as the givy! Was not told about the torso cracks on both sides and both arm cracks that the 501 pilot had. Everything else was great! just paid $30 for a busted up pilot would of got something else if I was told. Seller best packaging ever Blind bags can be done a certain way, this wasn’t the best execution. Having mixed themed figs with less than $5 value in a minimum $18 bag is a bit rough. It’s pretty much gambling at that point. Nice seller just not a well executed game and experience. Shipping took 10 days as well. Please set up video in advance to show all bags on screen at all times. I hope these games get removed from the platform.
