Bewertungen (453) I am NOT the type of person to EVER give a bad review without giving ample opportunity for one to address issues. So I make this review after having given Luke over a month to fix this, which he has NOT. I won a givvy slab and purchased two other slabs. When my package arrived, I only received one, the least expensive of my purchased slabs, and no givvy. I reached out and he said he definitely sent everything. But then he said he found the givvy and would send that out. A week goes by and nothing. I check in again and he apologized, said he forgot and would send it out. Another week, and still nothing. Same story. I told him I'd give him another opportunity to correct the issue. he apologized and said the 2nd slab wasn't found and he'd send a replacement of higher value. another week and nothing. I reach out to see if he sent at least the givvy. Another apology, says he's got a lot going on and would check. doesn't follow up. Awful customer service. I will never do business with him. Whatnot has opened my eyes to many things.. honesty, trust, integrity and basic morals of doing the right thing. As i finalize on my sales and shipment, i want to say thank you for not defacing my cards and atleast being a human in that. Although i heard everything you had to say about me, it is what it is.
