Received exact item as described. when I put it on the base, there's no suction. without base works. not happy at all love this wish I would of won more of them idea good pickleball paddle just I'd not name brand likenthey stated b It is not as sturdy as one might think but it makes up for it in the awesomeness of the rotating barrel and lights when you pull it out on the grandkids and they RUN I’ve purchased from you before and everything has been great. This time I win a bid with $1 I get charged a crazy shipping charge of $21+ . Thirsty! This vacuum packs a lot of power! Shipping is expensive but I’m happy with this product. I’ve tried reaching out to stealthedeallive to try and resolve, per their notes on their profile prior to submitting a review, but they have not yet responded. Since I see them currently to doing a live show, I presume it’s of no concern to them so I’m completing the review without resolution. While I’m new to whatnot, i haven’t had any issues with any previous orders from others and was hoping for a response. It’s a little disappointing, but lesson learned. I’ll give a 5 star evening though it’s been shipped in original box which makes it so easy to know what’s in the box and people stealing boxes off of porches or steps I don’t like the way they ship things but amazing people love their auction. Everything came in today. Boxes weren’t damaged was shipped in original box which I don’t like specially with people always stealing packages. Maybe next time it’ll be in a different box to not make it so obvious of what’s on my porch. Besides that everything looks good.
