The communication was very poor for this already very delayed order. I was very happy with the product and price, but I felt like I was getting ripped off for a week straight. The other negative reviews had me worried as well. So just buy with caution here, but still great products!! All items were thrown into a box way too big with no padding or paper despite shipping a damn snow globe. Little care when shipping out items! It was ok. I got the item i ordered but the giveaway was misleading. It’s free so i’m not super upset but it says “labubu toy givy #3” but i got me a lil shoe keychain but it’s wtv cause it free. I got what i ordered tho so yea , just disappointed cs i was looking forward to my givy Such great vibes during the show! Loved the deals and I’m so happy with my purchases! Thanks so much! :) Thank you for my set and for delivering it with care. shipping took a lot longer than other orders i have done with this seller. the packaging was sloppy and the tape on top of the box was halfway off. the items were just rolling around in the box. Communication was horrible and I had questions about my order. Shipping took forever but the product was in perfect condition. Everything is perfect except for the communication with seller and the shipping updates. I suggest you guys should work on shipping, I ordered on Sep 30, and just arrived on Oct 8 with no updates on delivery. I’m happy with my order but the shipping need to be improved. Shipping took a lot longer for it to be shipped out but communication was good during the process Seller sent wrong item. He acknowledged that I received the wrong item, said he would fix it but never did. He then stopped responding to follow-up messages. Buyers should beware of ordering from this Seller.
