All my items were shipped carefully and arrived beautifully packaged! Thanks girls! Will shop again! Won a giveaway and was given a choice to receive between two blind boxes but received something completely different. Messaged to them to give them a chance to fix it but no response. The box my items were shipped in was way too big for what was in it & no packing material was used to fill the huge void, but luckily everything arrived unharmed. I’ve had problems with other sellers shorting my orders or sending incorrect items, so very happy that valeriesells did a great job sending me all 30 items I had purchased! Was supposed to get a free pop mart or mimoso and got a piece of clothing Order Came late and it says in the live I would get a free pop mart or miso something cool and got a Labubu clothing super cheap quality Free Givvy. Shipping took longer than should have but thankful for the Givvy. Shipping took over 2 weeks, i placed multiple orders from this seller but with different hosts. I received my packages from the other hosts before I received the ones from her. Reached out to her and it took awhile to get a reply which seemed Iike a copy and paste reply. I also won a few givy a from her which I appreciate but i didn’t receive a single one. Sent her another message regarding this not because i was still expecting givys but just to tell her i felt lied to considering how much i bought from her and its been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten a reply yet, not even to say sorry for the missing things. received everything! good deals and fast delivery Shipping took a long time. Purchased on 8/20, and received email from Whatnot on 8/27 that the order finally shipped, and order was received on 9/2. Product boxes were dented and damaged but the shipping box was perfectly intact, meaning the boxes were damaged before shipping. Watched host of the live throwing items off screen, in frustration, when someone won the auction she thought should have gone for a higher price. Additionally, host ended live early, as it was a wheel game with quite a lot of items left to run, because she felt bidding was too low. Overall, not super impressed with seller. Thank you for quick shipping items as described I guess they misplaced my slip for my giveaway and the hooked me up with a lazy yoga and a cute little Chanel outfit. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Super happy with the product, but shipping took forever!!! I even messaged twice and never got a reply. two weeks to deliver. no packaging in the box, just the items floating in bigger box. no communication/response. These ladies gave the option to choose what I wanted after I won a giveaway, I choose….. she replied that will be coming to you, then they sent me clothes 🤷🏻♂️ why would you ask me and others who won what they wanted and then NOT follow through with what you said !?
Don’t get me wrong I Appreciate the Free givvy but I don’t like being lied to … Not HONEST sellers! Shipping took almost a an entire month. Sent me different items. Missing an item from my order too. Anything that could go wrong did 🫠 I got my givy thank u so cute All items were packaged together and no damage to any of the boxes. Bid on 4 wheel spins and got everything at unbeatable prices. Every item , including a Coke Labubu, were authentic and packaged in sealed never opened boxes. Happy with my purchases and would shop here again.
