Poor awareness of how to properly fold clothes and put them in a parcel bag. my wool jacket has creases everywhere as a result and i am now trying to get the creases out. I have bought blazers with whatnot before and sellers don't just stuff the blazers into parcel bags for shipping. they properly fold things and find the right sized parcel bags to put the items into. In the same way the jumper is crumpled up after being stuffed into the parcel bag. truly poor attention to detail and sadly I won't be shopping g with this seller again.
