Messaged seller but had no response Hi there Lana, as discussed with you, you chose to have a full refund on your one £1 order which is completely fine Out of 5 items, 2 were damaged, 1 had no wick, now apparently I should have known it was for decoration but they did not state that as that auction was for candles,so I had a slight long winded conversation where the one with no wick was my fault even thou I asked for proof as I watched the video receipt back and this was not stated, they eventually agreed to refund once I send back, but just to make you aware that they sometimes sell candles without wicks so please be careful with what your buying as they will try and blame you, This is a very unfair review colette. When you explained your items were damaged in transit I happily agreed to the refund on those items you requested as well as paying for the shipping. We did not blame you for anything, it was clear that candle was auctioned with no wick for decorative purposes and even put next to other candles so you could see the comparison. These are all clearance products that we sell from our shop, products that are not up to our standards hence why they are just £1. If the wickless candle was an issue we could have sent another with a wick, that wouldn’t be a problem The highland cow was damaged & one of the pillows, & the gift box was the same not happy with these We’re sorry to hear your order was damaged sally!
