I received my order and 2 of the 4 etbs were damaged. I took a couple photos and messaged the seller. Their immediate reaction was to accuse me of lying, curse at me, and block me. Never had an experience like this in my life from the hundreds of products I’ve purchased on this platform. The seller doesn’t understand that even if packaged well, boxes and products can get damaged in transit. As a seller myself, having sold hundreds of items on other platforms, I understand these situations are unfortunate but they do happen. The immaturity and lack of professionalism displayed by this seller was extremely surprising and prompted this review. I like to think most people are good people and just have bad days sometimes. Hoping that’s the case for this person. I wish them luck in the future and hope other buyers don’t receive products damaged.
