I still gave them 5 stars because they responded to my messages fairly quickly and I understand how a small business can get overwhelmed with tons of orders. All of my items arrived nicely packaged and authentic. I also see they changed their profile page letting customers know their items will be shipped up to 5 days after being purchased.(when I purchased it was shipping in 1-2days)Great transparency! Thanks vivabella for the honestly and great products for the low! I absolutely adore everything! Very neatly packaged! Products were as described and it got delivered fairly fast!
