The only reason I’m giving a lower rating is because of the shipping turnaround time. I understand things happen, but it took two weeks to receive the item. I bought a Fendi wallet she said on that show that it comes with a COA no COA was sent, I don’t think she will ever send it. Also I bought a coffee maker and the box was beat up horribly packaged showing little to no caring about to customers. I purchased this item as brand new, with the original ox, based on how it was presented during the whatnot shown. The box arrived damaged and the item was poorly packaged showing little to no care to protect it during shipping. This raises concerns that the item shipped may not be the same one that was displayed during the live show. Perfect! My husband absolutely loved it! Fast shipping and great to watch!!
