I’m really confused about this review. I would’ve gladly refunded you when you messaged me. If you had filed a request through whatnot, they would’ve refunded you because it happened in shipping. You definitely know how much these reviews impact our ratings. My feelings are definitely hurt. Didn’t receive it but might be the carrier issue
