If I would have see that on the card I would have definitely shown it since it was a live auction. Please reach out to me or any future host before submitting a review to be able to make the problem right. 5 Stars means more than the $. Not happy. I messaged the seller when it had been 11 days since ce purchase. he stated he would look into it and get back to me, but he never did. I did message you back and stated that until the expected delivery date was missed then I could start a claim. I even screenshot and messaged you that. All items have insurance on them but unfortunately a process has to be completed when filing a claim with USPS. You have been a buyer in the past and never had an issue so I think the 1 star was alittle unfair. Always a 5⭐️ card buying experience!!! If that was the case it would have been nice to be informed of this instead of posting a review since there is insurance on shipping. I always take pictures of each package shipped just incase USPS lost the package.
