Thank you! Unfortunately, I received a used squishy. The cheese had a bunch of air in it and dirt on it. Tried to contact the seller and no reply. The needoh I got was great though Hi, we do not open nor sell "used" Squishies. We unfortunately can't control the amount of air that the company places inside of these Squishies. I'm sorry that the cheese came with dust on it, the packaging has openings all on the sides which is how the company makes them so people can feel them before purchasing. We check every item that leaves our shop & do NOT/cannot open the items to make sure they are spotless. Thankfully the Squishy is 100% waterproof and can be washed as the nature of these types of toys collect dust/get dirty over time.
