Purse was as described, shipped promptly and well packed. Although most of the items I received were fine, a DB bag I received was in worse condition than presented and expected. In the live it was stated that the straps were dry and the bag needed cleaning so I knew it was a project, but the straps were actually stripped of the top layer of leather in several sections. No amount of condition is going to help. Had I known it was that bad I would not have purchased. I contacted the seller, and although she seemed very understanding and was going to send a coupon for a future purchase I never heard back. Another beautiful bag it’s always a pleasure purchasing from you. Thank you very much.💞
