Unfortunately no cards matching your slot were pulled in that break, so there was nothing to send. This is how pack breaks work across the platform. Single card in a soft envelope has resulted in a crumpled card that I won from my slot purchase. Hi Gareth, thanks for your feedback. All cards are sent in sleeves and top loaders, placed inside a bubble-lined envelope for protection. Unfortunately once parcels are with the postal service we can’t control how they are handled in transit, but we do package everything carefully to avoid damage. If you’d like to message me directly I’m always happy to try and help resolve any issues. Wry quick packaging but the stream in general was amazing and always makes the buyers worth it thanks again Appreciate you massively 🙏🔥

The package I received had one card from a different set and a hand made keyring. I understand you don't get the cards you get a spot for if they are not pulled but I was expecting at peast some bulk cards from the ascended heroes breaks. I'm disappointed and won't be buying from them again. Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our breaks are hits-only unless stated otherwise, so if no hits are pulled in a slot, bulk isn’t included.
