It has three cats, standing on a banner that says "Friends are the greatest gift." The two outside cats have red enamel bow, and the middle cat has a green enamel collar with a working silver tone jingle bell, and an red and white enamel hat. There are also gifts with enamel detailing on either side of the group of cats. Most of the enamel also has beautiful glitter detailing.
