This is a Disney Mickey Mouse Carrying the American Flag completer pin from the Limited Release "Mickey's All American Pin Festival 2003" series. Mickey is wearing a colonial-style outfit, including a straw hat with a blue band. The back is stamped "Disneyland's 48th Anniversary Pin Event Exclusive". It served as the completer pin for the "All American Pin Quest".
