Antique Franz Anton Mehlem Flow Blue Floral Plate, Bonn am Rhein, Germany, c. 1890–1905. Rich cobalt blue floral transfer decoration on an 8½-inch earthenware plate. Impressed crowned FM factory mark to reverse. Attractive age crazing and patina consistent with late Victorian to early Edwardian production.
