He's holding a pepperoni pizza in his mouth on a box that reads in blue over yellow “Pizza for the Soul”, with a slide out pizza that has pepperoni and cheese. The pizza box is cream color and Mr. Mittens is sitting in front of a blue circle with a smaller cream and red circle on the outside. The pizza box has a smaller white boarder. Like new condition on original pin back.
