I will paint the face of your dog on thick watercolor paper (similar thickness to poster board) as a 5" x 7" portrait. I have to accept your commission prior to purchase. Acceptance will be based on photos you provide of your dog and if I feel I can actually paint your dog. All black and all white dogs are difficult to show details with watercolor. There will be no background painting and minimal accessories, for instance, acceptable will be collars and ear or neck bows. Not acceptable will be clothing. Approximate time to receive your portrait will be one month, but most often will be sooner, depending on how many commissions I have.
