Product Details

Rita J. "Mammy" Altman original, signed "RITA ALTMAN 2001" on reverse (made 2001). Circular wooden wreath form, approximately 12" diameter. Six carved wooden apple motifs alternate between whole red apples and cross-section apple halves showing seed cavity in cream against red. Serrated green leaf cutouts fill spaces between apples; all elements attached with small nails to the ring base. Paint bright and intact; minor scuffing on the back surface consistent with age.
