Metlox Poppytrail ceramic "Fancy Carriage" (#660), designed by Evan Shaw in the late 1940s.The piece features a brown and yellow glazed ceramic carriage body paired with a vinyl top and decorative fabric fringe.It is considered a rare find within the Nostalgia Carriage Collection and is difficult to locate for collectors. This carriage was produced during the late 1940s to the 1950s. The "Poppytrail Pottery" California sticker visible on the front seat confirms it is an authentic mid-century piece manufactured at the Manhattan Beach facility.
