This listing is for a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin your custom handmade order. Your deposit reserves your production spot and covers materials and labor. Production begins once payment is received. Please message us with your custom details after purchase. Your item will be completed within 2 weeks or less unless otherwise agreed. A shipping label for your deposit order will be created, but only your packing slip will be mailed—no custom item ships at that time. Once your item is complete, a listing for the remaining 50% balance will be posted. After final payment, a new shipping label will be created, and your item will ship the next business day. Final payment is due within 72 hours unless prior arrangements are approved. Unpaid orders will be considered abandoned, the deposit will be retained for materials and labor, and the completed item may be resold. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
