Beautiful antique circa 1930s–1940s floral brooch featuring three dimensional white daisies with sunny yellow centers against a glossy black oval background. The flowers have raised, hand-applied detailing accented by gold-tone painted stems and foliage, creating a striking dimensional effect. The reverse features an ivory-colored backing fitted with an early metal pin mechanism stamped “PAT. 2066969.” The patent-marked hardware and construction are wonderful period details and add to the character of this unusual piece. Shows authentic age-related wear, including surface marks, patina, and areas of wear/loss to the gold decoration, particularly around the edges.
