This is a new with tags Stillwater navy halter maxi dress, size S. The dress features a tie-front halter neckline and an elasticated waist with an adjustable drawstring. It has high side slits on both sides of the skirt. The fabric content label indicates it is 100% Viscose and should be dry cleaned, made in the USA. The dress appears to be in excellent, unworn condition.
