This is a vintage 1990s Betsey Johnson slip dress featuring delicate white floral embroidery on a black background. The dress has a fitted bodice with spaghetti straps and a flowing, ankle-length skirt, embodying the iconic Betsey Johnson feminine silhouette. The fabric appears to be lightweight and has a soft sheen, typical of rayon or a rayon blend from this era.
