late Victorian-era porcelain miniature wash pitcher or individual creamer, featuring an embossed scroll design and a multi-paneled paneled body.: The shape mimics a classic Victorian wash basin pitcher, miniaturized during the late 19th or early 20th century to be used as a toy dollhouse accessory, a standalone knick-knack, or an individual cream pitcher. It features embossed scrolling swags along the top rim and a beaded dot band wrapped around the neck. Traces of the original gold gilt accents can still be seen clinging to the handle and upper rim.
