We ship Mon, Tues & Wed! We use real ingredients and our pretzels have a short shelf life. You must FREEZE or EAT your pretzels the day you receive them. If you receive your pretzels before the freeze by date and you let them mold by not freezing them. WE WILL NOT REPLACE THEM. NO EXCEPTIONS! Soft pretzels made in Dayton, OH. I started in my apartment in 2023 mixing dough by hand and baking 6 pretzels at a time, now we have a commercial bakery and distribute to over 50+ retailers with a growing team. We use real ingredients and our pretzels have a short shelf life. You MUST EAT and/or FREEZE your pretzels the day you receive them. If USPS screws up and causes shipping delay, we will make it right! Just message us!
