Your total sales progress and tier reset every four weeks at 12 am on Monday. When a four-week period ends, your new tier (and new rates) kicks in automatically for the next four-week period.
Your total sales are the combined sale price of all your completed orders across every category, in both live shows and marketplace. Private shows and local pickup orders don't count. Cancelled or refunded orders are subtracted from your total.
Selling across multiple categories will always count towards your total sales. The tier you unlock applies across all categories, although the rate may vary.
