I was sent the wrong item and I reached out only to be told I had to return the item or tip her and leave a good review to get the correct item since I didn’t pay a lot for it and it retails for more I don’t think this is very professional She received a $25 item for $9.17 on one of my flash sales. She was sent the wrong colored plush. I apologized and refunded. Whatnot automatically generated a return label for her to return the item to get the refund.. I did not know that this was part of Whatnot return policy. So she is upset that she had to return item to get refund? I even offered to send her the correct colored one for free at my own cost. But she escalated it to Whatnot support so she would be able to keep the plush and get her $9.17 back. She stated she wanted to keep the item for the inconvenience. Whatnot policy rule Very happy with my order! Was delivered fairly quick. My item did not come damaged at all.
