The loose picture and torn backing on the picture frame were clearly stated as a callout in the listing and live show. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding there! This is absolutely beautiful. It was packaged well and arrived safe and fast. I had one just like this years ago that belonged to my great-grandmother. It was destroyed in a house fire. Glad you love it! Thank you so much! 🫶🏻 Frame is beautiful. Packaging needs some work. The bottom of the box was not reinforced and it was open when it arrived. Im surprised the frame didnt fall out. I know its a pain when shipping large breakables, but a couple extra pieces of tape can mean the difference between arriving safely vs having to refund a broken or missing item. ambersvintagegallerySeller
