Does her best to make sure you get what you are looking for. This is the only lady I get my sterling silver from it's always an amazing atmosphere. She's so friendly. Greets me every time and is always happy to help. She allows me to do bundles. In case I have a gem voucher, which is helpful. her mods are always helpful and friendly. she makes sure I'm happy with the order.
