Thanks guys. everybody made it, still acclimating to the tank. looking forward to getting them in there new home. ordered 9 corals including a torch and everything came quickly and alive. 5 stars!! Adam is quite the auctioneer! My new hammer is happy and fed. Glad I took a chance on whatnot to get live corals! Will definitely be back Super happy with my new additions. Amazing steals during the auctions and on the website! I am super happy with my purchases and can't wait to grab more. Everything showed up healthy and ready to join my reef. Corals always come in exceptionally healthy, the only downside is they seem disorganized and frequently forget or don't sent everything, so far they have shipped missing items the next day and ones they couldn't find were refunded. Everything came in as ordered and healthy from CA to SC. Probably one of the healthiest hammers I've ever received. Shipped and received exactly as notified. No one is perfect all the time but I'm not sure what these bad reviews are. Unfortunately did not receive tracking information but I was 20mins from my house when it arrived so no biggie. Will order from these guys again! All corals showed up happy and healthy. They’re all currently thriving. The customer service was very responsive and I will definitely be buying more from this seller. The order was delivered in the wrong state They are ok. Communication needs to improve Items were not shipped on the date bidders were informed. Upon receiving my order, I found that I was missing an item. Seller informed they would make it right, to only get wrong and damaged items again. Shipping was held longer than expected and upon arrival the packaging was very poor. The box arrived wet, with bags inside leaking causing for the corals to be out of water. Corals were all damaged and appeared to be dying based on skeletal structure exposed and flesh floating in the remaining water. None of the corals are what I ordered or the exact item I bid on. Very disappointed. Very Happy with my purchase AquaSD accidentally forgot to send 1 of the 12 pieces I bought. I let them know and they refunded me for the missing frag. No problem. Seem to be very honest people and love the frags I got from Yall seller is honest and will deliver, they do make mistakes, but everyone makes them,,, they will refund or issue credit for doa... everything was packaged well and looks healthy. Will def order more Everything came in and alive Seller never provided tracking nor did I received a notification via text or email that the package was delivered. When the package was finally opened all corals were dead, I contacted seller, their response was “we do apologize”. There was no attempt at correcting the matter.
To the seller, typically DOA is 2 hours after delivery but it’s implied that you tell you provide a tracking and confirm when the package will arrive. Everything as described! Very responsive to messages. If I could give a higher score I work corals alive and healthy and great costumer service.
