I need help Great seller. Great communication. The eye cream was so old that it had hardened and I can’t even get it out of the container. Very disappointed. I also purchased 3 items that were all shipped together but I paid 3 different shipping costsI truly apologize for the eye cream being in that condition as I was not aware and it was not expired and I understand your disappointment. Yes all of your items shipped together and you paid the first shipping cost until you got free bundled shipping after your other purchases, I make sure to do that so you don't pay high shipping for everything up to 5lbs until it resets. I'd be happy to send you another eye cream to make things right for you. I truly feel terrible about that and always want to make my customers happy.
