After a 1/1 superfractor of a dual character card was pulled in the break, I noticed their policy for this situation was not outlined in the show notes.
I brought this to the streamer’s attention. He , then explained their typical policy which was unfortunately to my disadvantage. Realizing he had not copied this policy into this particular stream’s show notes. an honest oversight, the streamer remained consistent with their policy and awarded the valuable 1:1 superfractor card to the other party.
He then wanted to make sure I was taken care of and generously offered me several boxes of cards to “make it right”. Not necessary yet greatly appreciated.

and sharing them with my hobby network.
