Buyer stated that the item did not work after having the item for a day said that he wanted a refund. I stated to him to return the item and I will issue a full refund and I apologize for any inconvenience. Never heard back from the buyer then all of a sudden he left a bad review. Sounds like a scammer that wanted to keep the item and me just send him a refund. Great cassette! Classic Ozzy! Fast shipping and careful packaging. Great Seller! Thank you!
