Took a bit to ship out but the issue was that the big set was bubble wrapped once around but then dropped in a box 3X bigger than the set without any additional packaging materials to keep it from moving in transit.
The outer box was crushed on multiple sides, and with as heavy of a set (~2000 pieces) inside without any additional packaging materials (paper, peanuts, or more bubble wrap), the box of the set ended up being severely crushed.
Looks like rushed packaging. I get it was a huge stream with a ton of sales, but you at least expect a big seller to securely package everything. Wrapping a big set once in thin bubble wrap and just dropping it in a giant box without any additional packaging materials is a recipe for damage.. 2 items were missing. little bummed however, messaged seller and everything was handled professionally. thank you.
