I understand issues can happen in any organization, I just would’ve liked a bit of prior communication about my order before shipping. I received 60% of what I originally ordered and some of what was missing was swapped with other items (which is greatly generous). I was just very much looking forward to the items that didn’t make it. I still love this seller and their quality of plants, just a bit disappointed is all.
