❌The seller started a sale for a product and then changed the item whilst the sale was running to something else after I had bidded as the seller said it was “too cheap” due to seller error on two occasions simultaneously. I ended up with two products I did not need nor require.
❌I was missing an item from my package and asked on the live and was told i was being rude and she was shouting she didn’t believe me. She then started shouted why did i wait a fortnight to raise this - I ordered on 09/08 and raised with seller on 16/08 (which is NOT 14 days given the order was delivered 14/08). My order totalled £31.00 and should have been 5 items.
❌The seller messaged me and basically called me a liar saying she didn’t believe me.
❌🚫I would advise to avoid this seller.🚫❌

I’m sorry you feel this way, but I need to correct several inaccuracies in this review.
Your order contained 4 items, not 5, and I have clear video evidence of me packing all 4 items into your parcel, including the Sol de Janeiro 30ml that you claim was missing. I have retained this footage and can provide it to Whatnot if required.
When you raised the issue during my live, I did not dismiss you. I simply said that I would check the packing footage and investigate what had happened. It is therefore unfair to suggest that I refused to help or called you a liar.
