Did not get what I pay for Never received the giveaway. The certification went to a pop in my husband's order, and he's missing like 6 pops in his. Didn’t receive what I ordered and missing 1 whole item plus the giveaway can’t get refunded or make it right Received only 1 thing correct everything else was wrong Great seller fast shipping highly recommended Won a givvy, said delivered, but never got it. No biggie though, probably the mail. Was cool just to win.
Took 16 days to arrive… received wrong ones such an amazing deal love this guy! I’m always honest and never want to negatively review another Funko seller. I only receive one of the two autographed/certified Funko Pops! I ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but the seller scanned the same box and label twice based on the photos I have of the “shipments” really not sure why they would do this.
I reached out to the seller, he asked me what pop was missing and I informed him exactly what was missing from the order. It’s been three days and no response. I think this is not ok. The Funko missing was over 50 dollars, and I’ve now had to contact Whatnot to try and get a refund.
As a seller myself, I understand mistakes happen. Regardless, I’ve never scanned the same shipment twice for two different orders. That doesn’t feel like a mistake.
Shipping also took an extremely long time, just to receive one Funko and now all of this hassle to try and get the second Funko I purchased.
Very disappointed and didn’t want to leave this review, but I feel I have to. Pop came in great condition. I didn’t get what I ordered -10 STARS!!!!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THIS GUY IS A SCAM !!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! NEVER RECEIVED THE SIGNED POPS I ORDERED. HE JUST THREW RANDOM POPS IN MY BOX. Wasn’t the pop we ordered and i have also ordered other and never got them It’s really good cuz I get these for cheeeeeaaap A+ great communication and would order again. Shipping took a while and packaging could be better but you can't beat the price received the wrong pop and Was not the pop I asked for.
