I ordered 3 shirts for myself and a shirt and hat combo for my mom. Loved all of them. All the shirts came out great. She had a little issue getting the hat printed so she made it right in her own way by including an another tee and a hat, offering a free hat with my next purchase to make up for the original one, and a handwritten note explaining what happened.
