Took a week to ship, which is longer than what it says the average ship time is and wasn’t very responsive at all when trying to communicate about it. Tried reaching them on multiple platforms on multiple occasions and yet no response. I understand if you have your hands tied but I mean there was plenty of time to have communicated that. Maybe being reseller isn’t for you if you aren’t able to be accommodating to the person buying your stuff. Very disappointing experience.

everything is so cute and so affordable! my only complain would be that the zipper on my tracksuit jacket is kinda messed up but other than that it was still a great find thank you!
