Beautiful plant and well packaged! Awesome experience even with the ag department delaying the order. She arrived healthy and in perfect condition! Pepper plants are hard to ship. Ana is great at it! Thank you!! Plants arrived in great shape and packaging was perfict packaging was great and plants looked great plants arrived nicely packaged and absolutely beautiful. Great seller! Made sure my plants were carefully packaged. Although I just noticed her message she reached out with problems or concerns. I will purchase again in the future :) Amazing plans, packaged and shipped very well. Arrived in great condition. I had a bit of trouble with shipping damage. Not her fault they looked beautiful during live. So she sent me credit which was awesome! Buyer reached out with photos showing three plants that had lost several leaves. They were still alive and will recover just fine, but as a show of good will, I sent her a $15 credit for the $9 in plants that were affected.
As mentioned in several reviews, I take pride in my packaging to give plants the best chance of arriving safe and sound, but I unfortunately can’t control the USPS. Anything below 5 stars saddens me, especially after I have tried to go above and beyond to address an issue, but I do appreciate the communication prior to leaving a review and the opportunity to help ❤️ Great seller!!! Every plant was packaged with love and care 💗💗💗 plants were wrapped and packaged very good. Great seller Pepper plants are tough to ship, but Ana does a great job! Thank you Just like before products were packaged wonderfully! Plants arrived healthy and happy. A special gift was even thrown in which was very appreciated and will be much loved!
