I had to get a hold of customer support. I had a wait until 29 June to make sure that they weren’t going to send it out. Horrible experience I would not suggest buying for this person ever. Seller sent 5 cases of JUNK… 2 cases of bubble ducks with broken bubbles, 2 cases of chicks with defects, and a case of memory foam 250 anniversary memory foam “dumplings”…. None of which was what I even anything I bid on. All generic and not what was shown in the live at time of purchase. I reached out to the seller twice with NO response. My purchases were for things my son saw and asked me to get… so imagine how heart broken he was when he got fakes and not the things he was expecting… reached out to what not to remedy the situation… will update when results come.
